Your 1st Visit
Here's what to expect when visiting House Kids for the First Time:
Proceed to the House Kids Check In Station in the Main Hallway once you arrive.
When you get to the check in station, we will get your child checked into our system, and then you and one of our volunteers will lead your child to their age-appropriate room.
Upon checking in for the first time, we will ask for the following personal information (NOTE: We value your privacy and will not share this information with anyone):
Parent/guardian name(s)
Child's name
Child's birthdate
Home address
Phone number
Any special instructions (allergies, special needs, custody plans) for your children
If you would like to fill out the personal information ahead of time, please click the "Pre-Register Before You Arrive" button below in order to speed up the process
How Check-Ins Work
Before Service:
Starting at 9:40am, you can check-in your child at the front desk. There you will be given matching name tags that are exclusive to your family and your visit. Your child will need to wear the name tag portion while you hold on to the matching security tag.
After Service:
After the service is complete, you will return to the check in station and show your security tag. We will retrieve your child(ren) from there room(s) and release them back to you.
During Service:
In the event that we need to contact you during the service, your child’s identification code will appear on the top right corner of the main stage screen. We ask that you exit the auditorium immediately and look for a staff member or volunteer who will direct you to your child’s room.
